With Us
We hire slowly and keep people a long time. The average tenure on our technical team is nine years, which in this market is either an achievement or a warning depending on how you read it.
Open positions
Senior Site Engineer — Structures
Villa and low-rise reinforced concrete. Post-tensioned slab experience essential. You will run pours, survey them, and argue with the design team before the shutter goes up.
Façade & Envelope Engineer
Unitised and minimal-frame systems. Someone who has watched a mullion arrive 6 mm out and knows whether that is a problem or not.
Quantity Surveyor
Open-book contracts. Weekly cost reporting. You will be asked for bad news early and thanked for it.
Joiner / Bench Hand
Al Quoz workshop. Solid timber and veneer, hand-finished. Portfolio of work matters more than certificates.
Controls & Commissioning Technician
KNX or equivalent. Lighting, shading and climate on one bus. You will own the scene list that the client actually lives with.
Graduate Engineer — 2026 intake
Two years rotating through structure, envelope, MEP and commissioning. We take three a year and we mean to keep all three.

Fees, study leave and a mentor for anyone working toward ICE, IStructE or CIOB.
Site rotation
Office staff spend a week per quarter on site. It is the only way the drawings stay honest.
